Simplest way to start learning PHP is to install WAMP: http://www.wampserver.com/en/
And once installed, create a file called "index.php" inside WAMP\htdocs\ and write the
following in the file:
<?php
echo 'hello world!';
?>
Then save it and go to http://localhost/index.php with your
web browser.
