Issuing a 200 OK status in what might be the expected way doesn't necessarily work. I needed to
override a 404 status with a 200 status in a custom error document.
<?php
header("HTTP/1.0 200 OK"); // doesn't work (at least for me)
?>
<?php
header("Status: 200 OK"); // does work
?>
All examples I could find would use the first method which wouldn't work even with the
/replace/ and /http_response_code/ parameters set.
This was under Linux, PHP 5.2.2, Apache 1.3.39.
