If you specify a filename with a number in a content disposition header, Internet Explorer 6 tries
to be clever with it, and plays with the filename to try to version it. However, if you don't
specify a filename, it will happily use the filename in the URL, and will NOT try to version it.
Useful if you have filenames like Q-1.1-win32-bin.msi and you don't want them to end up as
Q-1(1).1-win32-bin.msi.
Unfortunately Firefox performs similar mangling regardless of how it received the filename.
