On IIS running as ISAPI, if you're changing the DLL from the old copy in PHP to the newer copy
that works with SQL 2005, don't forget to restart the IIS service. I messed with the newer dll
for an hour before it dawned on me I'd forgotten to restart the service to load up the new dll
file into memory.
