note 87508 added to function.proc-open

I wrote a WScript that wraps input I feed from a file (stdin dosn't work) feeds it to a shell and gets back the stdout and feeds it back to php.... and it works so far but: it seems php is handling the input from pipes[1] only when the process terminated and not before...
