Re: Sessions, session_id and Internet Explorer
I've been tinkering with sessions and generating new a new session id each time a session
resumes. It's easy enough to do using uniqid and rand.
My php.ini is set to have sessions use cookies.
Generating a new $id and setting session_id($id) works with FireFox but not with IE7. I can't
be sure but I think IE7 refuses to accept a new cookie.
I'm wondering, could this lead to a situation where the PHP session module is using the new id
and IE is using the old one?
