I find that PHP is so easy to debug by simply including at the begin of your PHP file this line:
error_reporting(E_ALL | E_NOTICE | E_STRICT);
in this way any error/warning will be detected by the PHP and a very descriptive explanation of the
error/warning will be printed out in the output page cerated by the PHP file.
