note 87892 rejected from function.is-dir by thiago

Note Submitter: Kairno at gmail dot com ---- I had some issues with is_dir, on my main server the function worked, but on my test server it returned false for the same dir, i was using gentoo and apache. the dir existed, tried ls , it worked, after a lot of trial-and-error messing about it seems the dir you're trying to check has to have execution permissions in order to work... hope this helped some of you...
