note 87958 added to function.strftime

I am having a problem with this. I recently set up my website and everything was working fine (My server is usinh Linux and I am using phpwebsite 1.6.0) until I added a forum to my site and now I am getting this error across the top of my website and when I click on one of my blogs or forum threads the page looks all crazy.
