This text is misleading.
"PDFlib Lite is available as open source. However, the PDFlib Lite license allows free use only
under certain conditions."
Open Source is a trademark of The Open Source Initiative. It is to be used only to refer to software
distributed under an OSI Approved License.
Although the license for PDFlib Lite ( http://tinyurl.com/28yhxc ) allows it to be used with Open
Source software, it is not itself distributed under an Open Source license, and it's terms of
distribution do not fit the Open Source Definition ( http://opensource.org/docs/osd )
It is also notable that the PDFlib Lite license is specifically incompatible with many Free Software
licenses such as the GPL
