I work with the same scripts on windows(test) en linux(live). The problem is they have a different
approach on /n/r.
The best way arround is:
$header = 'MIME-Version: 1.0
Reply-To: {--REPLY--}
Return-Path: {--RETURN--}
From: {--FROM--}
Organization: {--ORGANISATIE--}
X-Mailer: PHP v{--PHPVERSION--}
Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1"
';
This way each server is interpreting its own way of /n/r.
The {--XXX--} are replaced in one function with the actual values
