I know that a constant, by definition, cannot be re-defined, but, as I found out the hard way, it
would be nice if a re-define would result in a warning:
<?php
define('DEF',"foo");
print DEF;
define('DEF',"bar");
print DEF;
?>
Prints:
foofoo
and there is no warning.
