Handy to use when you are sending a large number of emails and wish to throttle the connection as
not to crash your mail server, simply after your send you could use
sleep(2);
To sleep for 2 seconds before continuing your loop to send your next email.
Need to watch your maximum execution time though, might be worth upping that limit.
