note 88504 added to function.session-start

The problem happens when you encode a file to utf 8 with BOM. It seems that some text editors or maybe window appends small invisible characters even before the <?php tag to tell its a utf file. The solution is to convert to utf-8 without the BOM (Bill of Material "the famous characters").
