note 13852 added to ref.image.php

Anyone can Explain this ?? i start to configure php : ./configure --with-mysql.. ....--with-gd=/usr/local it work fine and smooth, but in the next step (while i issue the 'make' command) its produce many line that frustate me : ..... .....
