note 88814 added to function.mail

I have made a form for registration, presently its static and I want to know how to make it dynamic in the sense that either all the data with fields are sent to me as an email attachment or text along with any uploaded file. Also I am novice in designing, please let me know where to put the script or which script. What changes I have make in the submit button.
