note 13858 added to install.apache.php

Using the following combination is extremely unstable: Apache v1.3.20, mod_ssl v2.8.4, OpenSSL v0.9.6, with PHP v4.0.4/v4.0.6 running in CGI mode under Win98/NT (see the reproducible bugs for details). Switching to PHP v4.0.6 and using module mode is much more stable, but generates the following warning: [warn] Loaded DSO c:/php4/sapi/php4apache.dll uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI) This can be fixed by recompiling, but I have yet to figure out how to do that exactly...no one seems to need to use this combination or they just use Linux. http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.apache.php
