As of Feb 2009, it is stated here that E_ALL includes "all errors and warnings, as supported,
except of level E_STRICT in PHP < 6."
I was wondering whether that includes NOTICE as well, since notice seems to be different from error
or warning. But actually it does. So "E_ALL includes everything not deprecated, except
E_STRICT, in PHP < 6".
