Something about the Linux version of Firefox makes flush() not work. Not sure if this is
specifically a Firefox problem, or something about the way Linux handles HTTP streams, but nothing
gets rendered until the HTTP stream is closed.
Interestingly, flush() works fine running IE on Linux under Wine.
