PHP 4.4.9 last edition BUGS:
1. $_SERVER['argv'] is not filling automatically if register_argc_argv='Off'
(And it should. Also you can run php with -n (ignore config) flag to fix this).
2. if you'll use exec/system/shell_exec funcs inside browser-run-script.php to run script.php
with parameters - $argv in script.php will be the same as in browser-run-script.php (GET query
string)
