My host has turned the magic_quotes_gpc on and suggests i should put php.ini file with mgq set to
off in every folder. Ridiculous as it sounds they are not willing to set to off from my user
.htaccess file.
adding php_flag magic_quotes_gpc off in.htaccess is not allowed by most host, including mine. so its
a dead end.
