NOTE: This only works using the CLI If you need to use dl() with the CLI, but you get this warning: "PHP Warning: dl(): Dynamically loaded extensions aren't enabled" Then the 'enable_dl' setting in the php.ini needs to be set to 'On' - the set_ini() function does not work with this INI option.
