note 13882 added to function.header.php

I am using IE5.5 and I am trying enforce strict policy on NO password/username caching but this isnt working under IE5 nor Netscape. When I try to login again, it doesnt even ask me for the username/password the second time....how frustrating!! I am using the following <?php header ("Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT"); header ("Last-Modified: " . gmdate("D, d M Y H:i:s") . " GMT"); header ("Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate, max_age=0"); header ("Pragma: no-cache"); header ("Expires: 0"); include "common_db.php"; and still I am having no luck...
