If you're running Vista Home Premium (or any Vista flavor) and you can't modifying and
save your httpd.conf file so PHP and Apache can talk; because you need permission. And, you need to
make any or all of the following 3 changes? (1) LoadModule php5_module C:/php/php5apache2_2.dll (2)
PHPIniDir "C:/php/ (3) AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .html Simple turn the UAC (User
Account Control) off. Find it at>Start>Control Panel>User Accounts. Good Luck :)
