To use the previous function on UNIX systems you should change these lines:
$srcfile = $srcdir . '\\' . $file;
$dstfile = $dstdir . '\\' . $file;
To match the following:
$srcfile = $srcdir . DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR . $file;
$dstfile = $dstdir . DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR . $file;
