You dont need to loop.
You can also do:

$headers = imap_headerinfo($imap,$i);
$toaddress = $headers->to[0]->mailbox.'@'.$headers->to[0]->host;
$fromaddress = $headers->from[0]->mailbox.'@'.$headers->from[0]->host;
?>
