note 89400 added to soapclient.soapclient

Sometimes soapClient() can not parse the WSDL file. That generates this error: PHP Fatal error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL Since the error is a fatal one there is no way to recover and present a nice error message to the user.
