How does one set a username and password in php.ini for a secured mail server using SMTP??? I have
been looking hours on the net to find this, but to no avail. I can nowhere seem to find the syntax
for it. I have tried different possibilities.
This manual does not provide sufficient additional information, which renders it practically useless
