kouber thank you!!! After spending hours to find the problem simply putting the
"libq.dll" in C:\WINDOWS\system32
solved the problem with the error: "Unable to load dynamic library ... php_pgsql.dll".
This happened to me moving from Wamp5 to Wampserver 2. I still wonder why I had to manually put
"libq.dll" in "system32"?
