In Example #2 there's a slight bug with the break's. The code is 3 levels deep:
<?php
while (...)
switch (...)
switch (...)
?>
In the deepest switch() statment there's a "break 2;" and that should be a
"break 3;" to jump out of the loop altogether when you're done. If you don't,
you only jump out to the parent switch statement.
