note 90018 added to function.include-once

Just a note about the post below from nospam at freeproxylist dot org: As of PHP 5.3.0, you'll have access to the magic constant: __DIR__. So you won't need to call dirname(__FILE__). This should improve performance because now you won't need to call a function, but just use a constant instead.
