[Crisper anti-aliased fonts]
A cheap trick to getting crisper fonts that are still anti-aliased, is to double print the text,
using "\r" to return to the start of the current line between layers.
Example:
ImageTTFText($img, 10, 0, 0, 20, $white, "trebuchet.ttf", "Your message here.\rYour
message here.");
