note 90455 added to function.fopen

Hello, I read file (listePilote/pilotage.csv) and for only one line ($modif_ligne), i would like to erase all informations and write my new line ($i=$modif_ligne;$i<$modif_ligne).. My problem is for ERASE THIS LINE :( ...
