note 90553 added to function.mysql-affected-rows

David kindly pointed out to me why my code here wasn't working. It turns out that I didn't read the manual carefully enough. mysql_num_rows takes a resource resulting from a call to mysql_query. mysql_affected_rows takes a resource resulting from a call to mysql_connect.
