Just in case you're running PHP 5.2.6 on Windows XP (Pro SP2) and you can't be bothered to scroll to the bottom of this page, remember to rename or delete any versions of php_mysql.dll or libmysql.dll in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder.
