Note Submitter: hello at haroonahmad dot co dot uk
----
for writing text / string in centre of image, horizontally and vertically, you can do the following,
<?php
//** www.haroonahmad.co.uk
// Advanced CAPTCHA script
$tab = imagettfbbox(
$this->fontSize,
$this->fontAngle,
$this->ttfPath.$this->fontFace,
$this->turingCode
);
//print_r($tab);
$x = ceil(($this->width - $tab[2]) / 2);
$y = ceil(($this->height - $tab[5]) / 2);
?>
and then use it with functions like imagettftext() to write the text.
