note 90856 added to function.header

Thank you gilthans at nospam dot gmail dot com If you try to send a header in PHP and you use many normal text editors, you will end up tearing your hair as it would keep saying - "headers already sent" error message. I followed gilthans suggestion and saved the file in ANSI mode. Normal text editors like editplus set the file mode to UTF-8 which results in adding some hidden characters before the headers are sent.
