Please note: in the code given by y5, Tony Freeman, tREXX [www.trexx.ch] and maybe others, you need
to use the modifier "s" at the end of the preg_replace()'s regex (/ies) in order to
strip attributes that have a line break before them, otherwise those attributes wont be stripped.
