round(0.1)
round(-0.1)
gives "0" and "-0"
so
echo (((round(0.1).'EUR') == (round(-0.1).'EUR')) ? 'OK' : 'BUG
OR FEATURE?');
gives: "BUG OR FEATURE?"
number_format shows the same behaviour
