"extension" for reading wordpress cookies and using the addresses and e-mails in them:

function wp_entities($string, $encode = 0){
$a = (int) $encode;
$original = array("&","'",":","/","@");
$entities = array("%26","%27","%3A","%2F","%40");
if($a == 1)
return str_replace($original, $entities, $string);
else
return str_replace($entities, $original, $string);
}
?>
Just set the second argument to 1 (int) to make the function act the opposite way. :)
