Browsers like Opera and Mozilla are told to need the full page loaded to accept cookies (that's
what bmatzelle at NOSPAM dot yahoo dot com said).
You can use cookies at reloading pages, however after sending out all headers call exit(); to stop
the rest of the script, so the actual page content is not sent out.
