a few notes regarding the paymentech solution posted above by "ksavage". to work
properly, two changes are required (at least they were for my system/account).
first, the content-type (in header) should read:
"Content-type: application/PTI40\r\n";
.. and NOT (PTI26)
second, the following needs to be added to the script (where the curl options are stated):
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, 0)
...otherwise, paymentech will ask for SSL certificate.
