The problem with calling:
set_include_path( ... )
before including any file, is that if one of the included files, in turn, does a set_include_path to
include yet another bunch of files, then the following include statement in your topmost file, is
done in an include path context that has changed.
Using: include dirname(__FILE__).'/../foo/bar' remains the best solution.
