I was having problem in connecting Ms-SQL server with mssql_connect(srvr,uid,pwd). I used odbc
functions to connect to Ms-SQL server. I was on a work station and server was not accessible for
unknow reasons. mssql functions did not work there so I had to use odbc. I simply created a DSN to
my Database and replaced it with "server_name". i.e.
<?php mssql_connect(dsn,uid,pwd); ?>
it worked well
