I get what appear to be incorrect results from
<?php
//$yr=4-digit year
strtotime($yr);
?>
a) for $yr from 1960-1999, function returns timestamp of current date/time in $yr
b) for other $yr from xx60-xx99, function returns false as expected.
c) for $yr from xx00-xx59, function returns current timestamp.
