As of today, http://files.edin.dk/php/win32/mcrypt/ appeared to
have a couple of versions of libmcrypt.dll. Did you visit and not find any DLL's available, or
were you looking for a normal Windows installer?
(Someone who knows Windows might post remarks or a mini-HOWTO about how to put the DLL in the right
directory.)
