note 91101 added to ldap.installation

Steve, Thanks so much. I would have never thought about moving my PATH reference as a way of getting php_ldap.dll to load. Per your instructions I simply moved the PHP reference in my PATH variable from the end to 3rd position in the string and it worked! I wish I would have tried this sooner. I've wasted hours on this stupid problem. On a related note, I have used this DLL on three different IIS/PHP installations and never once had this problem until now.
