Note that when converting some transparent png to a gif image , it won't be transparent ,
don't know why...
from gif to png works fine with :
$img = imagecreatefromgif($name);
$x = imageSX($img);
$y = imageSY($img);
$new_img = ImageCreateTrueColor($x, $y);
imagealphablending($new_img, false);
$colorTransparent = imagecolorallocatealpha($new_img, 0, 0, 0, 127);
imagefill($new_img, 0, 0, $colorTransparent);
imagesavealpha($new_img, true);
imagepng($new_img, $dest, 5);
