note 91584 rejected from install.problems by danbrown

Note Submitter: nmishr at microsoft dot com ---- I installed php-5-2-9-2 into windows 7 with extensions for mssql, mysql, openssl and zip. I used the windows installer and after I copied ntwdblib.dll into c:/php/ from a previous vista installation I was able to see results. The problem however was that it would take about 50 seconds for the results of phpinfo() to display. I traced this to the command line where executing c:\php\php.exe test.php also takes 50 seconds to complete. Any ideas on what I should check to find out the root cause for this slowness? It doesn't appear to be IIS related, but my specific install.
