No. If you want to create a loop in your code you want to use either:
while,
http://us.php.net/manual/en/control-structures.while.php
do-while,
http://us.php.net/manual/en/control-structures.do.while.php
or even for:
http://us.php.net/manual/en/control-structures.for.php
You never want to use goto.
